Buying thoughtfully
Compare Skincare Prices Per Usable Amount
A low unit price can be useful, but only when the products are genuinely comparable and you will use what you buy. Large containers are not automatically economical.

Start with a practical check
Compare the same units, then account for intended use, frequency and likely waste. Include shipping and required accessories when comparing purchases.
Understand the tradeoff
The price per ounce does not measure suitability or effectiveness. A low-cost product you cannot tolerate is poor value, and a luxury price does not prove a better result.
A real-world decision
If you regularly discard half a large jar, a smaller package may cost less per amount actually used. Try a suitable smaller size before committing to a bulk purchase.
Before you decide
Keep the packaging and directions available, and distinguish personal preferences from health concerns. The best purchase is one that fits your needs and can be used as directed. You do not need to add a product simply because it appears in someone else’s routine.
